Every order ships free, anywhere in the United States, from our central warehouse in Asia. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

- 30-day returns: request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@bettyandbirch.com. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Return costs: returns ship to our central warehouse in Asia at your cost, including any customs duties, taxes and handling fees. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Damaged or wrong item: email us right away and we will make it right. The restocking fee may be waived for damaged or defective items.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
