Betty & Birch is an online boutique for women's and men's fashion, made for customers in the United States. Our collection is built around autumn and winter: women's knitwear, cardigans, coats and dresses for the colder months, men's jackets and sweaters, and comfortable shoes, chosen to be easy to wear and easy to combine.
We keep things simple: clear product information, free shipping on every order and a customer care team you can reach by email seven days a week.
How we ship
Betty & Birch is an online-only store without a physical shop. Every order ships free, anywhere in the United States, from our central warehouse in Asia. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Read the details in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's cost, including any customs duties, taxes and handling fees, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us right away and we will make it right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.
