Return costs: returns ship to our central warehouse in Asia at your cost, including any customs duties, taxes and handling fees. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Damaged or wrong item: email us right away and we will make it right. The restocking fee may be waived for damaged or defective items.
